N Chandrasekharan will usher a new era in Tata Group

Mr. N Chandrasekaran taking over the realm of Tata Group as Chairman is a historic moment for country’s oldest business conglomerate. He is the first non-Parsi to head Tata Group. Considering his capabilities, administrative qualities and international experience it will bring a new era in Tata Group’s management.

As a marathon runner, he is a man who takes up challenges and delivers them effectively. It’s an uphill task for Mr. Chandrasekaran to make Tata Group companies as profitable as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). It would be a litmus test for him to achieve this against the backdrop of several issues raised by his predecessor and we feel that better governance would prevail during his regime, which had taken some beating as said by his predecessor.
