WTC Goa and Vibrant Goa Foundation Sign MoU to Strengthen Global Trade and Investment Linkages | 12th August 2026

12th August 2026: World Trade Center Goa and Vibrant Goa Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen international business engagement and create new opportunities for trade, investment and global market access for Goa-based enterprises.
In the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant, the MoU was signed by Dr. Vijay Kalantri, President, All India Association of Industries and Chairman, MVIRDC World Trade Center and Mr.Rajkumar Kamat, Chairman, Vibrant Goa Foundation, at Mahalaxmi, Panaji.
The partnership aims to promote greater engagement between Goa’s business community and international markets by facilitating business delegations, trade and investment promotion programmes, networking forums, knowledge-sharing initiatives and cross-border collaborations. It will also support enterprises, particularly MSMEs, in exploring new markets and building connections with potential buyers, investors and business partners globally.
The presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant at the signing underscored the importance of strengthening institutional partnerships that can contribute to Goa’s economic development and enhance the state’s engagement with global markets.
Through the MoU, World Trade Center Goa and Vibrant Goa Foundation will work towards building a sustained platform for trade promotion, investment facilitation, international networking and market access, while encouraging greater participation of Goa-based businesses in global trade and investment opportunities.
